Mathew Knowles, father to two of the most fabulous people on Earth, Beyonce?and?Solange, was married last Sunday, but news is now arising that neither daughter showed up for daddy's big day.
Matthew tied the knot to?Gena Avery?in Houston, Texas after a year and a half engagement, which means the two superstar singers gained a mother-in-law, but why didn't they show up for the ceremony?
Their father told TMZ that his kids couldn't make it to the ceremony, saying, "Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend."?
That's a shame that they weren't there for his big moment, but at least they have good excuses, right? We wish the entire family had been together for the festivities ? they could have even sang at the reception!
Matthew officially divorced the girls' mom Tina back in 2011.
Is a busy schedule enough to excuse not going to your dad's wedding? Or was this just poor planning on everyone's part??
